I cannot import demo 12

I am trying to import demo 12 as stated: <strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">wp-admin > wplms > demo switcher. Print:https://prnt.sc/mhrakf   It shows a green tick, as if the Home had been imported, but was NOT. Can you please help me with this?
