I can’t access the plugin wplms mailchimp already purchased

I Already purchased a plugin, the email you sent me with the plugin has expired, to purchase it again they ask me to login in wplms.io, but the email to recover the password was not sent to me. I can login in wplms.io/support with login of envato, but i can not login in wplms.io please send me the email whith the plugin again and license ley, and the user and password of wplms.io
