I can't manage or see any members in admin or members view

I can't see any members, neither in admin area of course nor in members section as an instructor, I already tried to activate buddypress functions, members directory and nothing, it's showing me I have 4 enrolled students but no members in view to manage, please help,

There is a lot of discussion on this already in forums. I suggest you go through it. a. If you want to keep count accuracy, enable WP Admin - WPLMS - Course manager - Student count accuracy. b. This count can be manually controlled. c. We cache this count so that we do not have to run a "big" query everytime we need to get the course student count, because it would kill the server.
