I've found others users with same issue, and vibetheme answer, but I don't know how to do it :
All this is service worker pre-caching issue. So the issue is that when icon paths are defined inside a CSS file, the service worker can not cache it It needs to detect a direct URL hit and from within a CSS file, the css file is trying to load it internally (which is actually not good). When this css file is served from browser cache the hits simply do not go out to their corresponding resource files.
