Dear support team, I've been trying to import h5p files mainly with iframe. The import works fine. Something seems to be wrong in the course creation. I assume I can use an imported (wpadmin - > h5p ->; Iframe Test PLP 3) h5p content as a unit or a quiz. After the course is created I add a student. The h5p works fine at the admin site. The student however cannot see the content :-( What am I doing wrong...?

Make sure you followed this tutorial carefully: https://docs.wplms.io/instructor-guide/instructor-guide#a-6-hls-and-dash-support If still you are facing issue, then do share the course URL on which I can check

Hi Diana and thanks! I followed the guidelines but it doesn't seem to work. :-( In wpadmin - h5p , I get the h5p iframe to run, but from the students login I get "Content unavailable": https://prnt.sc/10i1zku You can use the "iFrame Test 5" course made by instructor" "one" with the student "J. Bond" (credentials included above) It would be so great if this could be fixed, Thanks so much!!!

It's urgent for me to solve this. as in a couple of hours I'll have to present the (unfinished) page to the school owners... When I googled the issue I realized that I had a similar problem before which I solved by adding the h5p as a quiz (I guess). (https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/imported-h5p-content-not-displaying-in-the-course-blank-screen/ ) Just now it doesn't seem to work anymore as I get stuck here: https://prnt.sc/10iq1ce Anyone, have any idea please?

No it's not a PDF it is H5P (HTML5 Package) file. My customer had a lot of H5Ps created on another page and we will switch from there to WPLMS. H5p however has an iframe h5p function, where we can reuse the 200-300 + already existing pages where h5p was used. If you check the wpadmin -> h5p menu and open one of the created (iframe) ones you can see that they work: https://prnt.sc/10irg5l

Ok please first follow this tutorial : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/h5p-integration-with-wplms-4-0/ Secondly, you have to enable this setting as we are using the embed method of h5p there . https://prnt.sc/v5zm3l

Thanks Alex, but I've watched this video several times b4 and there is another one (more basic) @ https://youtu.be/Wbby9lIi3AQ which I watched several times. I followed your instructions @ https://prnt.sc/v5zm3l and (guess what?) I got one running with a new (iframe) url. :-) So now I try to understand why 'some' h5p iframes work and some don't?!

Thanks!!!! I found out now! Conclusion: When you first create an iframe h5p (to use in curriculum) the settings should be like here: https://prnt.sc/v5zm3l (tickbox -> display embed / toolbar) I did it wrong upon 1st creation, deleted it again and started to create the iframe h5p again. Then it worked! Cumbersome but OK!
