    Please see the video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8QkRH3yE6Hg The first requirement is to generate a PWA , in the video there is a link to another video on how to generate the PWA. See docs.wplms.io if your PWA is not working. https://docs.wplms.io/admin-guide-faqs#pwa-plus-icon-does-not-appear Without a working PWA, you can not generate the App. We have confirmation that many users are able to generate and publish the app. If still you are unable to generate please share your site link and details in private reply.
