Installation issue "error 503"

Hello, I have been trying to install WPLMS I recently purchased but it shows me "error 503" message several times during installation and also during navigation and purchase process in the webpage. I have checked all requirements are ok and I have tried both possible ways to install but result is the same...Also mention that I clean database and wordpress from FTP before installation... I used to have other LMS plugins but it is the first time it gives me so many errors during clean installation. What am I doing wrong? What else can I try? Thanks!!

It seems that Woocommerce is causing the problem...what is the latest version of that plugin supported for WPLMS?
