installed 4.0 but log in got deactivated

As  appeared in the suggestion for deactivation of following plugin , I deactivate and installed wplms 4.0 version but after that log in is not working. Is it required me to activate the above plugins again. WWW.classsquad.com     Please help

Make sure the plugins vibebp and wplms_plugin should be of the latest version and activated on your site Second thing is use the latest version of the theme on your site which is 4.03 Third point is to check these checkboxes should be enabled on your site from wp-admin - vibebp - settings http://prntscr.com/to9qqs
