In the instructor booking video you guys have on your channel, how did you add those fields in grey? (https://prnt.sc/11a2c56).

You can use a checkbox field type in Users - Profile Fields, and then while editing profiles, users will check these boxes, and the options which they will check, will be visible on the profile

Oh Okay. In the registration form though, how do I make fields have conditional logic. So for example, if I create a drop down field with 3 selections, and the user picks one of them, then different fields appear based on the selection of the dropdown field

Yes, you can create these fields and show in Registration Form. If user selects any filed in his profile those fields will be saved
