Instructor Cannot Evaluate Assignments

I already posted this question but its been 4 days and I didn't get an answer. so I'm reposting again. This is the link for the previous post- https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/cannot-evaluate-assignments/ I Can not evaluate assignments. When I go to instructor profile > Courses> instructing courses> Evaluate course submissions button it goes to the course page and nothing happens. it’s same with the quiz evaluations. Every time it goes to the course page and nothing else. I think the problem is that on the course page, the instructor can’t see the “Admin” tab. Is there a way to fix this?

hi it is available here http://prntscr.com/vhcnk9 it always redirects to the home page and then from ADMIN section>>SUBMISSION in pending evaluation all the submissions are available

hi if he is an instructor of that course(using co-authors) then the admin tab will be visible to that user too
