Is this feature included in the Push notifications addon ?

Yes this touch point will also be supported in push notification . Actually push notifications is based on buddypress ,if anything sends buddypress notification it will send push notification as well .

We mistakenly said yes above that sending notification to instructor for his approved course is available in push notifications . It is not available in push notifications  as well as in touch points as of now . Once its available in touch points it will be automatically available in push notifications . Apologies for the confusion from our side .
