instructors need to see their events on dashboard

Hi, I want my Instructors to be able to view/edit/change their Events by being able to access them from the WP dashboard, but I don't want them to have access to anything else on the Dashboard except that.  How can I achieve this? The Buddypress settings allow me to restrict the <span style="font-family: -apple-system, system-ui, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif; font-size: 15.4px; font-weight: bold; orphans: 2; widows: 2;">Hide WP Admin bar and WP Admin area.   We need the ability to check which of the WP Admin main functions we want Instructors/Admins to have access to.</span> Your help is appreciated! Thanks Logan for the help, but I cannot tell what the second screen is that you are looking at in which the site role, instructor, is displayed.  Where do you see that exact screen that you have taken a screen shot of?
