Is it possible to set Drip Origin as "Course Registration Date/Time"?

Hello,

I understand that the Drip Origin can be set as the Course Start date and time. However, if a student does not start the course, the drip feed does not start either. I would like to see if there is an option to set the Drip Origin as "Course Registration date/time". In other words, when the student registers for the course rather than starting the course.
