This is not possible in wplms as of now for courses. However you can enable course forum privacy from the wp-admin->LMS->settings->enable course forum privacy, refer: http://prntscr.com/acb6mr This will not allow students to access the forum if they are not in the course.

i knew enable course forum privacy but we don't want to support students lifetime like yours. Any possible can on your features plan?

As I mentioned above this is not possible as of now, because it can be done for all the forums not for the particular course forum.
