Issu with register form

Hello, I created a login page for instructors. I added the telephone and specialist field. I would like this field to be private and mandatory and that the fields box is not displayed (in red on the picture ) How I can do that ?

for that, you can edit your page and add a button there provide your page link in the button I have marked that reply private

I don't want a button, I want people who want to register, to either force to check the box. and have the link that opens in a new window. Thank you.

hi To add terms and conditions, you can add a profile field from wp-admin -> users -> profile fields, and then select this profile field in your custom registration form. you can also check this tip https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/adding-terms-ad-conditions-link-in-modern-theme-ajax-registration/
