    Hi We have an individual who is trying to purchase a course from us and when they get to the checkout and fill in all the information for checkout and then click to go to paypal they get a warning message at the top of the form with a red triangle saying Not Acceptable. Then when they go back to try again they get a time out error for the website and it will not load. All this time others have been able to purchase through the site it is only this one individual. I may be missing something obvious but I have not been able to work it out.
