Issue in wplms profile settings

hi for 1: yes right the same is replicated on local too for 2: you need to go to wp-admin>>users>>profile fields>> https://screencast-o-matic.com/i/c3fliLVqMXP edit the field and then change the visibility for 3: I am able to upload the documents: https://screencast-o-matic.com/i/c3flj2VqM2F for 4: yes this is an issue
