Issue with Certificate Download for Students

Students are not able to download their certificate: http://somup.com/cYXDD8ICJz When student click on any certificate in Achievement tab then they are redirected to web based html certificate. There is no option for them to download their certificate.

hi according to Trello, it was fixed with 4.096 update can you please let us know which version of the theme you are using?

Its not resolved, yesterday Alex worked on my site through FB chat but its still not resolved. Please ask Alex to check message on FB as i have replied him..He did many changes on my website and changed the layout and UI and disabled many plugins...

Dear Alex, Its not working, I tried to assign the certificate for one course but it didn’t generate it: http://somup.com/crVToMoA1U Also There is issue with BootStrap4 & Offload Scripts settings to Yes, because it create problem with website layout & template. Website homepage is not loading properly: http://somup.com/crVTomoAhx So we will have to make it work without that setting… i always has it set to NO in 3.9 & it used to work.. now in 4.0 its not working
