Issue with registration data updating on the dashboard.

Following the introduction of a new registration form plugin on our site. When a new user registers their information is not updated to the dashboard and I wanted to ask if guys have an idea what could be happening. Refer to the private message below.

Well you are using facebook option for registering .Note that facebook only provides a little information of the user to apps . IT mainly provides these information which you can map to buddypress profile fields in wp-admin -> settings -> bp social connect -> facebook : http://prntscr.com/l746xy

Well then this support query should be directed to the plugin author as wplms has nothing to do with that plugin code and im sure there is no code written in theme which can affect that plugin's functionality .
