Issues after update

I am having multiple issues with my site after you gave me an early update to 4.0.  

1. The menus no longer correctly display for non logged in users, Learners or tutors
2. After registering on the site you cant login
3. When I log in with the test account you provided you cant log out
4. when logged in with the test account you provided its impossible to subscribe to a course
5. when I try and access certain settings in vibebp I cant as it just redirects me back to the general settings. An example is Background sync or push notifications
