You have restricted the unit access. as shown in the error message " Please complete the unit: final important considerations".
complete this unit only then you will be able to access the next unit.
May be you are using setting of mark previous unit complete to access next one.
if unit is a quiz then check user should be passes in it only then he can access next unit. or disable the complete previous unit setting from course setting.
if above is not working only then share your credentials with page url.
