Issues with quiz on re-take

Hi I have quizzes set so that users can re-take. If they pass a certain percentage they get a certificate. Complaints I have had with quiz: Not recognising answers - answers inputted correctly but marked wrong On re-take passing the quiz but certificate not appearing for download When re-taking quiz old answers keep appearing when results are checked When re-loading quiz some questions have marks on them from the last time Sorry I do not have screen shots as these have come straight from the students. I have checked and re-checked set-up - there is nothing wrong that i can see from your following your documentation so am wondering if there is a bug and quiz is not refreshing properly? Thanks

Please make sure that you wplms theme and all its plugins are updated to latest version . Note that the answers in quiz are saved in the local storage of the browser .and are removed from the local storage when the user submit the quiz . So when user reload the page her answers are remain saved until she submits the quiz . We are not able to replicate all above issues at our end .
