Issues with the Certificate print & Save PDF options

Hello, I have some problems in printing and saving the certificate of my courses. When a user completes 100% of the course, he/she can access the certificate and print it directly from the browser or save it. The problem is that when he goes to print it the image is not centered or doesn't seem to have an option to fill the entire page. The second problem is when he goes to save the image (always talking about the interaction buttons on the right), the certificate is not displayed correctly, and we have a cropped image  , the size of the corner of the original one, with the information about the user and the course code overlayed over it. Can you help me?
