Item Purchase Code not working to activate slider

Yesterday I purchased WPLMS Learning Management System theme from themeforest.com. After the installation, I tried activating my slider revolution and layer slider with my item purchase code but it leaves this error message "oops...wrong purchase code!". I tried many more times but isn't activated yet. How can I fix this issue?

@guidemonkey, Well, there is no need to activate them.Please ignore their update notices. We provide the latest versions of these plugins with each theme update. All you need to do to update these plugins is to follow this tip (https://vibethemes.com/documentation/wplms/knowledge-base/how-to-update-visual-composer/) after updating your theme.

But when I go to my website the slider does not appear. It appears, "Revolution Slider Error:Slider with alias homeSlider not found".

3 days ago i buy EPLMS, i have same issue, already try with this step but can't fix the isuuse, slider still not found   how to fixed ?
