    Hello, we have Vibe Helpdesk installed on our website. We want to use the helpdesk / knowledge base on our site but need guidance on how to do so (how to install/set up) Do we need to install another plugin to do so?

    Make sure BBpress Pugin should be installed on your site

    We don't have your site URL and admin credentials So can't check on your site But if plugin is already installed and vibe helpdesk is also activated then add the menu as a profile menu, and use the plugin http://prntscr.com/utxdhg
