    Hi can you please advise , How to limit the number of characters of a profile field type? say 100 characters only ? Thanks have a nice day

    hi, you can use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-xprofile-validate-with-regex/ activate this plugin. this plugin will add this setting:http://prntscr.com/q8rd09 on every section like location, bio, name, profile etc. you can set the message when it breaks the regular expression condition. and provide the regular expression as per your need. some of are like this:http://prntscr.com/q8reyn set the minimum and maximum limits. let me know after the process.

    hi, i have just take a look on this and found this:http://prntscr.com/qcfijj as you can see this that the available option are the radio one so we can select one only. and in this there is no option available for the pop-up that's why it's not applying on the pop-up.

    dear, I have understood your query very well. that's why I am explaining to you that the plugin you are using can apply the JS only in three places.
    1. in the front end
    2. in the admin section
    3. and on the login page only
    and that's why this will not work on the pop-up. but for your need, I am trying to check this please have some patience. it would be appreciable.
