    How about add live chat support with WPLMS and charge higher price because forums support is too slow.

    We do have a live support slack channel but we only invite users which face urgent cases, so that we can help them faster. We're currently pursuing options for improving support and yes this can be a possibility.

    Hello I just purchased the theme and need support  - I have a 6 month support contract.
