    Hi, I hope you can help me to solve my issues using Loco translator. As you can see there is a message of error and the new translations do not appear. In the past when I had problems I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it again, with success. Is it possible to delete the plugin (without loosing the text translated already situated in  my website), reset all and reinstall the plugin? It’s frustrating search in Loco where the text to be translated is, find it, translate into my language, with no result. http://prntscr.com/ggm9ef Thank you for your help!

    Hi, The translation files are saved in the global language folder and therefore the deletion of plugin won't make you loose any of your translations. You can delete the plugin and re-install it . If the issue persists then please share the site url and the admin credentials to check the error on your website,

    Hi, I checked your website you have translated "Offline" to "Offline", refer: http://prntscr.com/gho1o8 There is no difference in the translation and therefore you are not able to see any difference.

    Hi, As I have shared a video of your website that its working on your website, similarly can you please share a video from the starting. Please make sure you record the video from the starting i.e. from selecting the vibe course module plugin in loco translate. Then I can check what is the difference and how you are translating.

    Hi, Thanks for sharing the video. I checked your video and found out that you are translating the wrong file. There are two italian language file in your website one is local and another one is global. You are translating the local language file and therefore its not reflecting in your website. You need to translate the global file. http://prntscr.com/giycyb
