Are you sing WPML or WP Multisite for multi-lingual site ? Here's who WPML works : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hgtz9x3X85w The menu translation is available as inbuilt in the WPML plugin.

Hi Veronica, Before it was like this, but then something has changed on the plugin and know this "Menu" option is completely different. Hereby I send different print screens - as I see them now. - I doesn´t allow me know put a subtitle in the menu - I doesn´t allow me syncronize my different languages - I doesn´t set up the correct order for each. Please help me set up my menus ... Thank you ... hi this is not the theme issue as you are on wordpress.com so can't say, this can be third party conflict or WordPress itself you can directly access the page with this URL: http://yousite.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php

So, what you tell me, is that the change in the way the menu and widgets are presented in Appearances is a wordpress problem?
