Login button and buttons problems

There are a few problems with the login button. I need your help. 1- When hovering over the button, the hover cursor does not work in some places. 2- I want to add a border to make the button more prominent.

hi you can use this: .sleek .topmenu>li:first-child a>span{ border: 1px solid black; border-radius: 3px; } http://prntscr.com/25tpqb1 and for the hover it is working on the all-course page's pagination
