    After clicking login button, it shows #login but there is no pop up window displayed. www.pencilruler.com

    This is because of the js error on your site and its coming from the third party plugin. Please try deactivating the third party plugins. Also your server is showing a not found js error on your site so please try contacting your webhost also on this.
