hi have you enabled the BuddyPress single page? if yes then yes with that it will work like that but if you disable the single page then it works normally we have made this functionality by default that with BuddyPress single page it directly redirects the user to dashboard

no, we have constructed the single page like that whenever the user clicks on the user name it directly redirects to their dashboard
