login screen Image not showing

Hi, i want to make vissible the login screen in mobile version By default it is set to not visible in css @media (max-width: 480px) .login_popup_bg_img { display: none; } I have added this code: @media (max-width: 480px) .login_popup_bg_img { display: block !important; } But it is not working can you help? thanks
