Logo on Mobile and Page Design

Hello There,   I followed some custom CSS I found in the forum but it seems the logo still small on mobile view so I remove the CSS this is the CSS https://prnt.sc/op0tvp and other thing is the page when we created the page the header is dark, I have delete the image but its keep coming back please help thanks https://prnt.sc/op0s7h we want same features like this clear and we will have our own image https://prnt.sc/op0stg   Thanks

You can change the size of logo in wp-admin->Appearance->Customize->Header. To remove this please go wp-admin->WPLMS->Header->Upload Title Background For third, You need to create a page name as about for this and add the content through wp-bakery page builder.
