Logo Smashing.. How to Not Do This?

Hello, I've got the logo in the top left of my page but when I scroll down on desktops and mobile phones it looks like someone smashed it with a hammer: http://prntscr.com/fc6al0 Can you tell me how to stop this from happening please? Thank you, Me
