Mailchimp Lists not correctly displaying the Active students

We have created course specific lists including the Course Status and Active Status columns. However, strangely enough, the Course status is showing multiple values like Active, Expired. Hence we are unable to send messages to active students only from Mailchimp. Please assist.

Ok, I checked this, the only use case when it can show 2 status is:

The user course is expired therefore the status is set to expired.

Now the user again purchase the same course or renew the course, then the active status is added but the expired status is not removed.

I am marking this as a bug thanks for reporting this.

We’ll fix this in our next update.
