Manage multiple courses application

In my site, only me(admin) will create, edit, update all courses. In offline courses, the students have to apply for the course. Example: say, I've 20 offline courses. And 5 students are applying daily in each course. I couldn't go and approve in each courses daily. Is there any way to collaborate all the application tabs (of all course) in single view. Or if I get any notification or message if some student applies for the course, It'll be better to handle it. So I can see multiple courses applications in single view. Thanks for the solution in advance.

Well it does show up on one screen in course admin -> submissions -> applications : http://prntscr.com/lte7y6  If you want to get the notification then it can be enabled from wp-admin -> lms -> settings -> touch points : http://prntscr.com/lte8gn
