Manage Students

When logging in as the instructor I used to be able to go students and manage them like on here: <b>https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/manage-student-course-status-in-wplms/ </b> However its not longer allow me even though the settings are correct can anyone help? Also Is it possible to reset a course for a student without them losing all there work. Cheers Colin

Hi, Are you not able to access the course admin area or there is a particular setting that is not working for you ? Also please try re-saving the permalinks from wp-admin->settings->permalinks. ---------------- If you are resetting a course for a student then it means everything will be reset, there course progress, all the marked units, assignments, quizzes, everything.
