When “Auto Evaluation” is “enabled” everything works fine. But when we set “Manual Evaluation” then
1) The student submit the Quiz successfully
2) The admin receive and Evaluate the Quiz fine
3) After evaluation when admin click on “Quiz Evaluated” at the bottom then
4) The “result” is sent through Email to student Like “You got 10/8” The result also shows fine on Quiz status https://prnt.sc/k5iddh
The Only problem is “it is not updating on User end at Quiz result” https://prnt.sc/k5lrn2

I can see the comments are still in pending state and all those comments are actually answers to the quizzes which are not appearing.
This is actually stopping WPLMS from caching quiz results
I have updated the comments status by running this sql query in sql executioner in WP admin - Tools - SQL executioner -
update $comments set comment_approved = 1 where comment_approved = 0
and it seems all the results are now appearing.

I chcked this yesterday but i was unable ti find the issue, there are no pending issues, maybe the internal caching of quiz needs to be cleared.
Is this happening for all the users ? Can you try retaking an exam and see if now the results are appearing ? I will be checking this in few hours.

I tried on another manual checking Quiz with another student and result is the same
It seems the issue occurs only for few quizzes and it is random in behavior. As the same user has many evaluated quizzes.

When I did a retest for the quiz all the things are appearing fine.

Now I understood the Error Vibe :)
I was not updating the marks One by one questions
I was just writing the marks in every question and clicking on "Mark Quiz as checked".
But when i watched your video and then Updated questions on every qustion then it works fine but when i again did what i was doing then it creates the same issue what was happening.
