Hi the css is not being generated from elementor actually wehenever you are udpating the course layout page .
so after making the changed in the elementor edit screen of course layout please goto wp-admin -> elementor -> tools -> regenerate css button :

To fix the positioning of the small elements in course : this is a bug actually , we are working onto fix it .
