Media library is not working properly when i try to upload files on instructors

Hey See this screenshot https://ibb.co/chNZWQb  this is how i see the files on the media library it doesn't show me all the files ,, can we immedietly please ask for fix or suggestion as to what can we do to fix this.   if you need more info on this website let us know so you can login and check

hi, please make sure that you have installed all the latest plugins and theme also. and also make sure that you have fulfilled all the requirements of the theme:

PHP 7.0+
PHP Memory : 128 mb or more
PHP Upload Limit : 128mb or more
PHP Max execution Time limit WPLMS recommends a maximum execution time limit of 300
