media player bug

the media player buttons (play/pause and volume ) are not visible , and most of the tracks are not working on android devices , we have checked out in desktop and laptop ,all tracks are working , but the same tracks in android mobile is not working (also not responsive in android devices . the full volume bar goes off screen)

in your previous version there was no bug, only after the update we have this problem

a. Assuming that you've just updated the theme and the plugins, can you please clear your browser cache. b. The controls (play button sign) are coming from image which is defined in the WordPress itself. Make sure you've updated the vibe shortcodes plugins to latest version as well.

Is this happening for units only ? or throughout the site ?

units and course home page , when editing in the admin panel  buttons are visible

Unable to replicate at your site : On mobile : http://prntscr.com/af339t On desktop : http://prntscr.com/af33pr Also unable to replicat the issue on mobile (android)  on our test site : http://prntscr.com/af3buu This media player is the wordpress default media player and wplms does not interfere in any of the scripts or styles of the media player . . So Please  try deactivating third party plugins and also try contacting your webhost on this

now the icons are visible , but still not playing on mobile devices in what device you viewed our page ???   still cannot change course image

Well for that please check if the audios are playing when you directly accessing these audios ?Seems like this is connected to your hosting provider and also this is the wordpress default media player and is working fine at our test and demo setups .
