Message icon not showing on login dropdown

Hi Support On the login drop down the message icon showing the number of messages isn't showing when there are no messages, i.e. it should show zero I think? As per the notification icon in this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/hztlqf If a message is received it then appears as in this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/hztmqj Please can you help me with this? Thanks in advance.

Hi, Please go to wp-admin>lms settings>general settings>logged in menu, then remove message from the menu. Then click on add new item and set the credentials of message as shown in screenshot below. Refer : http://prntscr.com/i0k784
