Migrate from 3.X to 4 Cannot see Required plugins

I have updated the theme to 4.0 from 3.9 but I can't see any notice about required plugins (VibeBP and WPLMS) ... I've found on thşs forum that I can download the VibeBP via a link with my puchase code and did so. However, still can't see WPLMS plugin. Where can I find it and install it? Thanks in advance
