    how can we move items such as dashboard , inbox (with counter and red bubble), notifications to top menu ? (something like facebook style)

    The notification icon inbox icon are shown in the app header style, you can try using the app header style from wp-admin->appearance->customize->header->header style, and choose app style and save changes.

    is there a way to split menu items left and right ? between the middle logo

    Sorry right now its not available in wplms to add the menu on both sides of the logo.
