Multisite setup – how to share user's courses data across installations

Hi, I would like to setup a multisite, so that each site has a different theme, layout, content etc... that works fine and I know how to do that. However, I would like to set it up so that when a user subscribes or purchases a course on one subsite, he would see that also in his account on another subsite in his user account. I know that each sub-site has a separate mysql tables, but is there any way to do it? And how? Thank you :)

Well im sorry that is not possible as of now coz multisite does not works in that way .It have integrated users table but it does not have integrated posts table . It creates a seaprate post table for each site .
