Hi, I found the problem.
The problem happens when I click to add several 'Add Option' and then I'm filling in the contents of each Option then I think that the javascript is lost in this. and him don't know which one is correct.
Because later, when I click on edit the quiz I put the correct answer being the wrong one, then I save it, and then edit it again and put the correct answer being the correct one, then when I go to the quiz it works as normal.
That is, when I add an 'Option' at a time as you did there in the video, javascript is not lost and works. but when I add all the Options at once and then change the name, it gets lost.

Yes, i solved this problem. but this is a bug. dont is about save the course, it's about don't save the correct answer when click many times in 'Add Option'
hi we tested this on localhost but could not replicate this isue .
This was an issue in previous updated but in recent update it is fixed 1.5.7 version .
