mycred addon not working as expected

Hi, I've recently purchased mycred addon, installed and activated the plugin. I’ve configured the notification plus as shown here: https://prnt.sc/ssdc0c When I click on preview, it shows nicely https://prnt.sc/ssdcra but (yesterday)when i started transferring (teacher to student), the notification doesn't appear even after 10 seconds & on the teacher side, the alert is still displaying the old one. https://prnt.sc/ssdh06 I dont have caching configured: https://prnt.sc/ssdegk and today I tried again, this time frm admin to teacher, but it behaved even stranger. after the popup alert ("transaction completed"), the page refresh on admin side, but no alert's shown. On the teacher side, nothing happens, same as before. When checking the developer tools, I notice alot of warnings and 1 error coming from mycred. https://prnt.sc/ssxvky Can you please help to take a look what could have gone wrong?   Please help

Well this is not theme or any of its plugin issue . Mycred is not our plugin we have integrated it with our addon plugin wplms mycred which is deifnitely not at all interfere in the notification . Please contact the mycred plugin author or support for this .

Hi, Indeed it's caused by it, after uninstalled & deleted, it went back to normal. Please close this ticket then, thanks
