MyCred doesn’t show balance

Hi, I'm working on gamification of my site. I'm using MyCred because is WPLMS compatible. I'm creating a page with all the MyCred information (Balance, historial, how to obtein points, badges, etc.,). But I'm having a problem with this. The balance is not showing the actual balance, Instead It shows the login link despite I'm already logged. note that this sync will not work for admin for security reasons, to get it for admin you will need to login from wp-admin.
