need to remove the author name in the course category and search results

Here, in the attached screenshot is the search results page, there is a advanced search option, where I want to remove the select instructor drop down. How to do that? Also, I need to remove the author name in the search results displayed in the above image. The author name of the course is also displayed in the course category. I need to remove it too. The course category link : http://www.jajwaschool.com/course-cat/sslc/sslc-sci/

1) This comes from the widget, so go to appearance->widgets->go to the relevant sidebar and in the buddypress course search widget uncheck the instructor option, refer: http://prntscr.com/bavrui 2) Use this custom css: .course_instructor a {display:none;}
